SOUND MEDITATION

Sound Meditation is a form of meditation that involves the use of various sound instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums, to promote relaxation and inner peace. One of the primary benefits of sound meditation is its ability to help individuals enter a state of deep relaxation. The soothing vibrations of the sound instruments can help to calm the mind, reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, and promote a sense of physical and emotional well-being.

At Opal’s on 5th,  singing bowls are utilized and sessions are held in the salt room for an elevated experience. Sound meditation has also been shown to promote better sleep, reduce symptoms of depression, and enhance overall mood.
